        公司定期组织各种业务培训,有计划的组织开展管理公司对进行船员适任证书培训、知识更新培训、船员业务培训等各类培训,多层面、多渠道、全方位地加强船员培训,不断推进船员队伍建设,不断提高船员的安全技能水平和职业道德规范,确保拥有一支数量充足、质量过硬、结构合理的船员队伍。定期安排相应业务人员登轮访船,了解体验船员生活。
